Aplicatia REGINA MARIA digitalizeaza Dosarul Medical. Creeaza-ti cont si vei avea mereu la indemana lista de consultatii, precum si istoricul investigatiilor, rezultatul analizelor si evolutia acestora de-a lungul timpului – si toate datele tale sunt in siguranta.
Iti optimizezi timpul programandu-te online! Ai disponibile in aplicatie doua alternative la sunatul in CallCenter:
•Te poti programa singur si rapid online. Nu vei avea nevoie de o alta confirmare prin CallCenter;
•Poti trimite o cerere in CallCenter si vei fi contactat in cel mai scurt timp de un reprezentant pentru a stabili urmatoarea ta programare.
Ai mereu la indemana Dosarul tau medical. Verifici detaliile programarilor confirmate, le adaugi in calendar si urmezi directiile sugerate pentru a ajunge la timp in locatia REGINA MARIA.
Nu mai stai la coada la receptie! Accesezi butonul check-in online din DETALII PROGRAMARE si afli rapid etajul si cabinetul la care trebuie sa ajungi. Te indrumam la fiecare pas pentru a-ti oferi cea mai buna experienta pana la check-out inclusiv.
Esti recompensat pentru ca faci miscare! Foloseste BANCA DE KM cand alergi, monitorizeaza-ti performantele si converteste km in pachetele de screening disponibile in aplicatie. Si pentru a-ti fi si mai usor, sincronizeaza-te cu una din aplicatile disponibile: Health App, Fitbit sau Strava.

Amazing
The app is amazing! I use it a lot and I really enjoy its features. It was such a great idea and I am really glad to have Regina Maria medical subscription. Easy to use and having all the data there helped me very much. A suggestion for improvement and something that would help me (and maybe others too) would be to have the possibility to book in the app more than 3 appointments. It is easier, helps me organize my time better instead of calling multiple times call center. Last time when I called call center it took them 10 minutes to book me an appointment. I hope my suggestion will be taken in consideration and applied. Thank you!

Low quality services, the app is not accurate
The app allows you to make RMN appointments without any information given, appointments that should be allowed only from Call Centre( which btw is the worst service I’ve ever seen and we’re talking about a medical environment, no training is done before hiring these people… which in the end mess up your appointments and aren’t able to give you the needed support). So, once an RMN appointment made from the app, you might get there and they will ask you for example the recommendation from your dentist which made you implants years ago… or some other documents about which no one asks you or informs you that are MANDATORY. How can a person trust your services when no accurate information is given, and when specialised doctors don’t bother to medically check you but just send you to RMN… and give you lists of expensive treatments? I’m really disappointed in your services and won’t recommend you to anyone.

Really useful app
I’ve been using the app extensively and really enjoy it overall. I have my childs account linked to mine and it’s really nice that I can setup his appointments as well.
What I personally don’t like regarding the UX is the back button in the details pages. I wish it would be sticky to the top. Also, it would be great if you could go back also by swipping left, it’s a native behaviour. The menu button in the dashboard is maybe a bit unusual, i would normally expect a side menu instead of a popup.
I’m giving it five stars because I think it’s inovative and an awesome way to interact with the medical system. Great work!
