This will take a clarion dictionary (DCT) and create SQL DDL code for several SQL back ends.
The WIKI for this repository has a DCT2SQL documentation area. There is a ToDo list for conversion that might come in handy when you do this task.

The dictionaries should be SQL ready to be generated correctly and there are a number of audit templates to help you check and correct your dictionary.
The UTILITY templates have documentation built in that shows on the screen. Documentation is updated and improved on a regular basis. And since these templates only create output text files, they do not cause any changes to your existing systems and operations.
The DCT2SQL templates do not handle conversion of the data in your ISAM files. The additional task where you have to create procedures to output all your table's data as a CSV file is done by the DUMPLOAD backup code generator. You will still have to create the SQL server table LOAD query script. That is dependent on your SQL server and you will have to build that QUERY yourself.
