Tell us about your request
The ability for a free account owner on Docker Hub to receive notifications with the list of images that are set to expire (within their namespace).

Which service(s) is this request for?
Docker Hub

Tell us about the problem you're trying to solve. What are you trying to do, and why is it hard?
Docker Hub users on free accounts would like visibility into images within a given namespace that are set to expire (i.e. will be marked as "inactive") as a result of the new inactive image retention policy.

Are you currently working around the issue?
In order to view the last pushed info for a given tag, users are currently required to navigate to a Docker Hub repository to find this info.

Note: Docker offers unlimited image retention as a feature of the Pro and Team plans. Visit www.docker.com/pricing to view the available plans.

When you're writing programs, e.g., using docker-compose, you may be end up using other namespaces' docker containers. It would ideal to be able to figure out when other namespaces' images may expire as well.

Would also be nice to have notifications on image tag updates or any tag updates to latest image. This looks like it would be a nice feature for many interested
