"Anti-Depression" is a computer-based psychological self-help program based on cognitive behavioral therapy that will help you reduce the level of depression and anxiety in a short time.

The Anti-Depression program will help you solve the following problems:
• bad mood, loss of interest in usual activities,
• apathy and lack of energy,
• sleep disorders (insomnia, problems falling asleep)

• low self-esteem (thoughts “I haven’t achieved anything”, “I can’t do anything”, “I’m worse than others”, “I’m a complete loser”, etc.)

Virtual psychologist Max will conduct free tests on the level of depression and a series of classes during which you will learn:

This app cannot replace a real expert, but it is helpful in the moments of stress or anxiety breakouts. One star gets off due to the fact that sometimes it crashes or just restarts and you have to start your dialogue with Max from the very beginning.

В целом приложение нравится, помогает выйти из состояния нытика, понравилась первая медитация. Бывают повторы сессии с настроением, хотелось бы больше реакций и упражнений в ответ на вопрос "Как у вас сегодня дела"
